NO ACCESS (3) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when eighth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 5½f at Hobart. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. BOLD INSTINCT (1) pushed forward when resuming last time and boxed on to finish half a length away in second over 5f at Devonport Synthetic. Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. MARIPOSA (15) has not won for a long while. Last raced on February 4 when beaten 4.5 lengths into ninth at this track over 6f. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better. SHIM (12) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Hobart, beaten 5 lengths into sixth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
