LOVIN' LAUGHS (3) is coming off a last-start fifth, beaten 6 lengths, over 7f at Cranbourne. Is very effective at this distance with two wins from six runs. Nicely placed and expected to go well. BOULDER JACK (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fifth over 7f at Echuca three weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Perfectly placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. CONTROVERSIAL MISS (9) fought on well to finish second last start over 7f at Wangaratta, beaten 1.3 lengths as favourite. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot take this out. FLYCATCHER (6) safely held last start when beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth over 1m at Caulfield. Sure to do much better.
