RED PALACE (4) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 2.5 lengths over 7f at Durbanville. Open to plenty of improvement and she looks hard to stop again. RASCOVA (2) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by a neck over 7f at Durbanville. DOUBLE GRAND SLAM (3) met with solid support when resuming last start over 7f at Durbanville when second, beaten 2.5 lengths. Has a decent record at this trip with three minor placings from four tries and is right in the mix. PRINCESS IZZY (6) fought on for third last start over 7f in Group 3 class at Durbanville, beaten 2.2.5 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
