LIGHTS OF PARADISE (13) produced a reasonable effort after being in the firing line on the turn to finish one length away in second last start over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). That followed a when resuming win at Tuncurry. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. TARTANA (4) opened this campaign last start with a second, beaten one length, over 6½f at this track. Generally goes well here with a win and three minor placings from five tries. Has the right credentials. LEANDRA (12) has three placings from six runs this campaign and last start finished 1.4 lengths from the winner in third over 7½f at Hawkesbury. Must be included in calculations. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
