TENNIEL (3) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 0.6 lengths from the winner in second over 1m2f at Canberra after being in contention on the bend. Taking on a better line-up this time but she cannot be overlooked. MONTGOMERY (5) started at 5/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 12 lengths at Warwick Farm over 1m3f. Won't find this as tough so he will be hard to beat. SO SLEEK (2) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just two wins from 22 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m3f at Eagle Farm, beaten 3 lengths. Has the talent to take care of this field. FLAMBEUR (4) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fourth over 1m2 1/2f at Wyong. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is a major player.
