HEDGED (3) lines up for the first time since June 22. Looking to emulate his win at Flemington to kick off the last campaign. Capable of playing a major role. HEADWALL (9) was a dominant winner last time at Randwick over the same distance. Has been in solid form this campaign with two wins to his name. Bold showing expected. DRAGONSTONE (1) scored narrowly over 5½f at Randwick last time out with this jockey Adam Hyeronimus in the irons. Gets some weight relief this time so another bold run looks likely. BRUDENELL (2) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on August 3 finishing seventh and beaten 4.5 lengths over 5¼f at Doomben. Makes plenty of appeal.
