WORLD ALLIANCE (2) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 0.8 lengths over 5½f at Hawkesbury. Open to plenty of improvement and another win looks on the cards. FRENCH MARINE (7) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish second over 6f125yards at Coffs Harbour. Will be looking to cross and steady the tempo. Should be in the finish again. SHE'S JESSIE (9) settled well back when 4 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6½f at Goulburn last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Nowra the run before. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. CRAVING MAGIC (1) scored last start at Canberra Acton to make it two wins from three starts this campaign. Meets a tougher line-up this time but can figure in the finish.
