DU CAP (5) finished second over 5½f at Wyong in a then missed the frame last time out over 5½f at Wyong. Has good early speed. Looks a great chance to break through. INTRUDER (1) resumes from a lay-off of ten months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 6½f at Randwick Kensington. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. LADY ICHIKAWA (7) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of nine months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 6½f at Scone. Ran seventh in a recent trial at Wyong. One of the leading chances. MONCAROLINIA (3) is a three-start maiden who filled a minor placing at Wyong at the last run before lay-offing. Tuned up with a ninth in a recent trial at Rosehill. Rates highly on best form and should be in the mix.
