MILTON ROAD (7) has put together a couple of wins at this track, the latest on November 28 over 6f when he got home by 2 lengths. Has the talent to take this out. HE'S HEAVEN (4) hit the frame two starts ago at Sunshine Coast Poly but ran below par last time when ninth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 7f at Eagle Farm. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. UPSTART LEGEND (11) turned in an eye-catching run last start over 5f at Toowoomba, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to finish second. Must be included. AMIGO (2) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Kelly Schweida barn. Hasn't raced since finishing 12th at Caulfield four months ago. Fitter for placing in a Deagon trial and looks well placed. Shapes as a top-three chance.
