SHANGRI LA SPRING (6) broke through for his maiden win over 6f at Kembla Grange last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he is a leading contender. OBSCURE (8) turned in a eye-catching run over 6f at Wyong last start when she got back but wound up hard to finish a close second. Leading player tough to stop. LADY SAVANNAH (10) broke her maiden last start over 6½f at Newcastle, scoring by half a length. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Andrew Adkins who was on board last start. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. ZOUPRINCE (2) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Wyong, beaten 2.25 lengths into fifth. Nicely placed to find some form.
