AWESOME CRUSADER (2) showed good early dash when resuming last start and held on well to finish 0.3 lengths back in second over 5f at this track (Synthetic). Hard to beat in this suitable race. SPEED FIGURES (8) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 1.75 lengths over 5½f at Laurel (Turf). Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looks well placed and he looks sure to be in the mix. HURRICANE NELSON (5) broke through for a deserved win last time at Aqueduct (Dirt) after filling a minor placing at the first three starts this campaign. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Capable of testing this field. DAVID'S SONGS (6) when resuming. And did win when resuming last prep at monmouth park (dirt) over 5½f. This is his first run on a synthetic surface. Can launch the campaign with a bold run.
