VIKING BLOOD (5) turned in a good effort when narrowly defeated last time at Gold Coast over 1m1f. Sure to feature again. YARRA PRINCESS (9) finished fourth last start over 1m1/2f at this track after racing on the pace for much of the way. Well placed and should be tough to rein in. OPPA (10) last appeared three-and-a-half weeks ago over 7f at Pakenham Synthetic when he finished ninth. This is his first run for the Shannon Manwarring stable. Has found the right race and is worth including. MAX 'O' MAX (3) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1m1/2f at this track. No surprise if he figured in the finish.
