WRITTEN FAME (9) has returned in good shape this campaign. Opened with a second at Lismore two starts back then got the job done by half a length as favourite last time out over 5½f at Murwillumbah. This doesn't look as hard so he is sure to prove hard to beat. GERETY (14) turned things around last start and got the job done by 1.2 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend over 4¾f at Moree. Finds a suitable race and can go on to make it two in a row. MILTON ROAD (8) scored when resuming at Lismore then finished 7 lengths away in 12th over 5½f at Ipswich. Improvement in store so he is among the winning hopes. SINGLE TOUCH (3) ran below expectations last time at Coffs Harbour, finishing fifth and beaten 4.5 lengths. Should be in the mix in this suitable race.
