QUICK SHOT (8) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 3 lengths over 1m1/2f at Grafton. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and a bold showing is expected. I'MTIMMYZOU (6) finished 1.2 lengths from the winner in second in a much better run last time at Murwillumbah over 7¾f. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. NINA ARTIE (9) was ridden quietly then made some inroads and finished 7 lengths away in sixth last time out over 1m1 1/2f at Ballina three-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Settles back early but winds up late. Among the main hopes. ALWAYS HUNTING (1) is a genuine type with four minor placings from seven starts this prep. Continued the trend last time out when third over 1m3f at Grafton. In a suitable race and can build on solid recent form.
