Good effort to open last prep when in the money at this track over 5f. Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Hawkesbury trial. Looks the one to beat. MAYBE MAUREEN (2) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 4½f at this track. Ready to go one better. MASTER OF DISGUISE (10) faced the starter for the first time and finished fourth last start at this track over 4½f, beaten 2.75 lengths. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well. FORTIS (9) is facing the starter for the first time. By Tassort and hails from the R & W Freedman stable. Trialling in good style and looks forward enough. Pay to watch for any positive betting moves.
