ZOUTHUR (11) finished eighth last time out over 4f on turf at Ipswich, beaten 5 lengths. First try on synthetic. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. PANGAEA (5) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when ninth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 7f at Eagle Farm after he settled well back. Should be peaking now and is capable of sharp improvement. BATTLE OF VIENNA (2) was strongly fancied when resuming last start but was beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Second up record is sound. Ready to find peak form this time. RUSSIAN DIVA (6) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Ipswich with success over 5½f at Beaudesert a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can make it back-to-back successes.
