CHOIXWAY (2) finished off last campaign with a eighth over 7f at Northam on August 29 and has since switched trainers. Tuned up for this with a placing in a recent Lark Hill trial. Has a strong record when fresh with two wins from three runs. Can return in winning form. PAT'S LAST BANG (12) impressed when successful on debut over 6f at this track two weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and can win again. BEAUTY IN ME (9) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when eighth over 6f at this track. Nicely placed to turn things around. IDENTIFIER (10) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 6 lengths away in eighth over 5½f at this track. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
