BLEECKER STREET (2) could only manage eighth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at Ascot, beaten only a long neck after being in contention on the corner. Has the ability to take care of this field. SHAKA ZULU (1) turned in a better effort to finish second last start, beaten half a length over 6f at Pinjarra Scarpside. Well placed and is a major contender. MADAME MAGIC (3) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 7f at Ascot. One of the main contenders. THE SLAP (7) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a neck from the winner in third over 7f at this track. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
