DEFENDING (5) ran a better race last start when he made late ground to finish a close third over 6f at Pinjarra Scarpside after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. DREAM TO ME (2) was always well back over this course and distance last time and never threatened in the straight, beaten 4.5 lengths into tenth. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. SPIRIT MAN (11) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a neck from the winner in third over 6f at this track after being prominent at the bend. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. BOMBAY STYLE (1) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when sixth over 6f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. In the mix.
