Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. BELTHIL (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.8 lengths from the winner in second over 7½f at Moonee Valley after being in the firing line on the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. WRITEY O'PAL (1) missed the frame when resuming from a break last time out, finishing sixth and beaten 3.5 lengths over 6f at Caulfield Heath. Can feature with the right run.
