SHE'S A BEAUTY (14) settled well back on debut start then warmed up late to finish second over 6½f at Bendigo. Has plenty of upside so she is worth following up. POROTO (4) is back from a break of six months. Sat on the pace at his only start and held on well for third over 6f at Swan Hill. Has the inside gate and another bold showing is on the cards. LITTLEBIRDIE (9) has not been to the races since she finished third on debut over 7f at Pakenham on March 28. Strong top-three chance. VILLANDRY (6) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f at Ararat when he did his best work late, beaten 0.9 lengths. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp.
