BELCONY (2) finished 3 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 7f at Pakenham, an improvement on her when resuming sixth at Bendigo the run before. Nicely placed to take this out. DIOSA (5) raced once in the maiden campaign when eighth at Sandown-Hillside over 6½f back on July 3. Will improve and looks well placed. EIGHT GORILLAS (6) finished a neck from the winner in third on debut last start over 6f at Mornington. Has plenty of upside so another bold showing is expected. BARACCA'S CHOICE (1) made her debut last start and was just fair in finishing seventh at Bendigo over 6½f, beaten 5 lengths. Expected to do more.
