VEGAS ON FIRE (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Cranbourne, beaten 2.75 lengths into fifth after being prominent at the corner. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is likely to play a big role. KHOR (4) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1m at Werribee. Should be near his peak for this. Going well and has strong prospects. JACKAND (5) was in contention all the way and fought on for third last start over 1m3 3/4f at Warrnambool, making it three minor placings in a row. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. NAMA DUDE (7) returned from a break last start over 7f58yards and finished fourth at Kyneton. Having first attempt over this journey but can sneak into the minors.
