Decent effort last time out when in contention on the bend before finishing second over 6f at this track, beaten one length. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. PRETENTIOUS LASS (11) turned in a fine effort to score by 1.3 lengths at this course and distance last start in a far better run. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. EVEN SHARPER (3) ran below expectations last start, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths at Murray Bridge over 6f. Should be competitive in this suitable race.
