REEL WHISKEY (4) has been in the placings five times from 10 outings. Last start finished tenth over 1m at Morphettville. Has recorded two top-three finishes from three runs at this venue. Won't get too many better chances to break through. RHINESTONE RORY (5) finished a long neck from the winner in fourth last start over 7¾f at Bordertown, an improvement on his sixth at Mt Gambier the run before. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. ESTICON (9) finished tenth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7f at Balaklava, beaten a long neck. Likely improver with strong prospects. MORLAIX (11) is a six start maiden who is close to a win despite missing the frame last time over 7¾f at Bordertown. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but can figure in the finish.
