SAVVY BEE (13) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 15 starts. Was again denied last start when she found one better over 6½f at Toowoomba. Likely contender with strong prospects. ROCKIN' ARTIE (11) finished one length from the winner in fifth last start after being prominent at the bend over 7f at Gold Coast, an improvement on his eighth at Doomben the run before. Has the ability to take this out. COBURG (12) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 1.75 lengths over 7½f at Kilcoy. Should settle handy in the run. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. REGGAE FIRE (3) took advantage of the good draw and landed on the pace last start before tiring to finish fourth, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 6f at Warwick. Among the chances.
