MAKAMAE (12) got off the mark over 1m2f at Seymour last start, scoring by one length. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. COLOUR OUR WORLD (10) has been in good form, scoring three back at Warrnambool then placing twice in a row, most recently finishing third over 1m at Caulfield Heath. Facing a tougher assignment but she is worth serious consideration. SIGIRIYA ROCK (2) showed good speed last time out and fought on well when second over 1m at Caulfield Heath. Has the gate speed to cross from out wide. Blinkers are removed. Among the leading chances. BEAUTIFUL JEWEL (13) was comfortably accounted for when tenth last time out over 1m1f at Caulfield Heath, beaten 8 lengths, after a win at Bendigo at the previous outing. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
