HEDGED (4) returns from a break of five months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a win over 5f at Sandown-Hillside. Ideally placed to score while fresh. HANCHI (2) is coming off a last-start fifth, beaten 1.1 lengths, over 5½f at Caulfield. Will be hard to beat. AKICITA (8) resumes after a break of six months. Did win at his only other when resuming run when on debut, scoring over 5½f at Pakenham Synthetic. Makes plenty of appeal. LOST (6) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by 1.3 lengths over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside last time out. Can figure in the finish.
