MY BEST SHOT (1) is a promising type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Scored last time out over 7f at this track, making it three wins on the trot. Races well here and expected to go close. SAKURAJIMA (3) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when he was beaten 4 lengths into fourth over 7f at this track. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be taken lightly. WAHEED (2) was safely held when resuming from a lay-off behind Parisian Walkway in the G2 Gauteng Guineas at Turffontein Standside over 1m, beaten 9 lengths into seventh. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Capable of testing this field. SPLICETHEMAINBRACE (5) scored last start at this track to make it four wins from six starts this campaign. Has a high cruising speed. Sure to be thereabouts.
