CRUISE CONTROL (1) had a two run winning streak come to an end at the last run before going for a lay-off when fourth at this track. Has a fine record at the first run of the campaign. Did kick off his last prep with a minor placing over 6f at Fairview. One of the big chances. ANUSCHKA'S WORLD (8) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track over 5f. Should be prominent from the outset. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is one of the main contenders. GOLDEN LINK (9) lines up for the hat-trick after registering a strong win last time over 7f at this track, scoring by a neck. Winning rider Chase Maujean sticks. Certainly one to consider. FAIRY KNIGHT (2) is back from a lay-off of nine weeks. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 6f contest at this track by 3.5 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
