FAST CROSS TRAFFIC (6) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Hawthorne, beaten 10 lengths. Finds an easier assignment and can find winning form. SANTINO'S FANTASY (7) is back from a lay-off of five months. Closed last campaign with a minor placing over 1m at this track (Dirt). Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. EMPTY HOLSTER (3) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just two wins from 44 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 5f at Hawthorne. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. BLUE NORTHER (4) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Turfway Park, beaten 10 lengths into seventh. Well placed to make amends.
