Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BOADICEA (9) finished second when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at Stawell. Looks to have an edge on most of these. REYNAIRE (2) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 4.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5f at Ballarat Synthetic when resuming from a lay-off. Steps up in journey. Comes down a level this time. Sure to be competitive. LOAD AND GO (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Penola, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
