NEGOTIATIONS (2) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fourth beaten one length over 5½f at Doomben. Racing well without winning and gets his chance to break through. TEN GOOD REASONS (4) is a progressive four-year-old gelding who resumes from a break of three-and-a-half months, his last appearance being a win over 6¾f at Doomben. Reunites with Michael Rodd who has been in the money three times when aboard. Sure to run well. ALL TOO WILD (8) fought on well for second last start over 5½f at Hawkesbury, making it two minor placings in a row. Will find this tougher but can measure up. THANKYOU HENRY (3) was strongly fancied when resuming last start but was beaten 3. 5 lengths into sixth over 5f at this track. Second up record is very strong. Can do better than last.
