OCEAN ZAR (10) resumed last start over 6f at Doomben and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish third, beaten 2.25 lengths. Expected to prove tough to hold out again. HILL BILLY FLYER (4) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 3.5 lengths when eighth over 6¾f at Doomben two weeks ago. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BEEF WEEK PRINCESS (1) was a determined winner in a then drifted back last time and finished 7 lengths away in sixth over 1m at Ballina. Takes on a much tougher assignment but is capable of featuring. TWYFORD (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a long neck from the winner in third over 6¾f at Ipswich. The engagement of Martin Harley is noteworthy. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
