Promising type who is ready to run a big race. NOR NOR WEST (5) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Muswellbrook, beaten 3.5 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. THE MANAGER (9) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald barn. Hasn't raced since finishing sixth at Gatton six months ago. Placed in a recent trial and is in a nice race. Leading prospect. FORTIANS (13) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at Orange when he worked home well, beaten 3 lengths. In the right race and is one of the big hopes.
