ICHIBAN (1) is a talented gelding who tackled a tougher race at his last run on May 18 and finished 12th behind Tannhauser over 1m2f in the G3 Rough Habit Plate at this track. Finds a suitable race and is sure to be prominent. THE PLAYER (6) is ready to win after he just missed last time, beaten a neck into second over 6f at Eagle Farm when he gave away a big start on the bend. Wide draw and will need a good steer from Justin Huxtable. Looks well placed this line-up so expect another big run. SUNLORD (3) was well in commission last start over 7f at Eagle Farm when eighth, beaten 3 lengths. Great chance to atone. LISTENTOZOU (5) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7f at Eagle Farm, scoring by 3.5 lengths. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade.
