BIG DEMEANOR (1) is a 10-start maiden who has been in the money four times. Could only manage fifth at the latest appearance over 6f at Sunshine Coast. Has a good record at this distance with two top-three results from four starts. Will find this tougher but should be in the finish. TOP ACT (6) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at Grafton over 5f207yards last time, finishing fifth and beaten 1.2 lengths. Steps up a level but she is up to the task. OUR BENEFACTOR (10) had support on debut last time out when he boxed on fairly to finish seventh, beaten 5 lengths over 6f at Sunshine Coast. Among the better hopes.
