DANCING DANA (8) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 6f at Santa Anita (Dirt), getting home by 1.75 lengths. Winning rider Armando Ayuso retains the mount. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. Set Weights EET LAYLA RAE (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Santa Anita, beaten 4 lengths into sixth. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. SUGAR SUGAR (5) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by half a length over 5½f at Los Alamitos (Dirt). Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. GYPSY LYNN (2) turned in a modest performance when fourth last start over 6½f at Los Alamitos, beaten 10 lengths after a good when resuming win at Los Alamitos Qh. Expect a better run this time.
