MYSTIC SPIRIT (6) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 1m at Santa Anita (Turf), getting home by 0.3 lengths. Facing a tougher assignment but he is worth serious consideration. SPIRITUAL ADVISOR (2) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 6½f at Los Alamitos (Dirt), finishing fourth and beaten 2.25 lengths. Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves plenty of thought. CITY OF ANGELS (5) has switched yards since finishing fourth five-and-a-half weeks ago over 1m at Santa Anita. Has ability and makes plenty of appeal. MCGREGOR LAKE (4) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when third over 1m at Santa Anita (Turf) ten weeks ago. Has won when fresh from a lay-off in the past. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the lead. Not to be discounted.
