ALPINE COWGIRL (7) came home strongly last start to finish third, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 1m at Pakenham. Can measure up. SHOW OF GOLD (4) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time out, leading for home before finding one better over 1m at this track. Will push forward and is among the chances. SUANCES (6) was prominent at the bend and finished third last time over 7f at Pakenham when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.3 lengths. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
