TEMPLE BELLS (8) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished sixth over 1m1f at Port Macquarie. Tuned up with a fifth in a recent trial at Port Macquarie. Well placed and happy to have her on top. MISS GRAYSEA (7) failed to figure again last time over 7f at Casino, beaten 7 lengths into fifth. Rates highly on best form and should go a lot better. LYKOS (6) is a six-start maiden who finished sixth at her most recent appearance over 5f at Taree. Among the chances in what looks a nice race for her. BABY RYAN (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 8 lengths away in 11th over 5¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
