SETTLEMENT DATE (8) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when eighth over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Expecting sharp improvement this time. JUST A FLIRT (7) settled well back last start and never threatened when 40 lengths from the winner in eighth over 7f at this track (Dirt). Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. COLT ROCK (6) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 11 lengths when sixth over 4½f at this track seven-and-a-half weeks ago. Worth noting Denis Vicente Araujo goes aboard. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MAESTOSO (2) is returning from a lay-off of eight months. Finished eighth at Turf Paradise (Dirt) over 6f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Kent Knudsen.
