STRIVE FOR STRIDE (1) started this campaign with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 7f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. CALLISTO'S BRIGADE (4) has been thereabouts lately without being able to break through, the latest effort a second at this track (Dirt) over 7f. Marshall Mendez sticks. Best form puts him right in this. CURB THAT TIGER (7) missed the frame last time when sixth at this track. Prior to that had been in the money on two consecutive occasions. Commendable record at this trip with a win and seven minor placings and has to be respected. SUGAR LIPS (5) made progress last time out, finishing 3 lengths from the winner in third over 7f at this track. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
