PALM ANGEL (9) showed good early pace over 5½f in the G2 Blue Diamond Prelude (Fillies) at this track last time and kept going to score by one length. Taking on a better field but she is good enough to take this out. FIELD OF PLAY (1) travelled just behind the leader before taking over and scoring a determined win by half a length over 5½f here last time. Tougher assignment this time but is still among the leading chances. DEVIL NIGHT (5) was prominent from the outset on debut last start and held on well for second, beaten half a length, over 5½f in the G3 Blue Diamond Prelude (Colts & Geldings) at this track. Has ability and is among the chances. MY GLADIOLA (11) showed good speed and fought on for second over 5½f in the G2 Blue Diamond Prelude (Fillies) at this track last time. Not to be discounted.
