BOLD BASTILLE (1) led all the way to score on debut over 5f in Listed grade at Moonee Valley three-and-a-half months ago and has not appeared since. Promising type who can measure up again. Group 3 placegetter MATISSE (8) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing half a length from the winner in third over 5f in the G3 Blue Diamond Preview (Fillies) at this track. Can get off the mark this time. FROEBEL STAR (3) was prominent from the outset on debut last start and held on well for second, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 5f at Gold Coast. Must be included among the main hopes. Group 3 winner HAYASUGI (2) resumed over 5f in the G3 Blue Diamond Preview (Fillies) at this track last start and after showing little early speed closed hard to score by a nose. Takes on tougher opposition this time but cannot be underestimated.
