HIGH OCTANE (1) settled back before coming home strongly to score as favourite on debut over 5f in the LR Blue Diamond Preview (Colts & Geldings) at this track two weeks ago. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. HOLMES A COURT (5) was prominent from the outset on debut last time out, holding on well for second over 5f in the LR Blue Diamond Preview (Colts & Geldings) at this track. Jumps from a wide draw but he shouldn't be a maiden for long. STAY FOCUSED (4) used the inside draw to advantage last start, sitting on the pace and going on to score over 5½f at Geelong last time out. Takes on tougher opposition this time but looks up to the task. BODYGUARD (3) has not raced since he scored on debut over 5f at Flemington on October 7. Is lightly raced and looks forward enough after a solid recent trial. A bold showing is expected.
