MIGHTY OASIS (1) finished fourth in a (2m1 1/4f) at Warrnambool. Atoned for that run last time to greet the judge by 2 lengths (2m3f) at this track. Will prove hard to beat on current form. TOLEMAC (3) was unplaced in a (2m1 1/4f) at Warrnambool. Found the frame last time in a much better performance (2m3f) at this track, beaten 2 lengths. No surprise to see him in winner's stall. CROSSHILL (2) finished fourth in a (2m3f) at this track. Turned things around last time to fill a minor placing, beaten 6 lengths, (2m1 1/2f) at Pakenham. Hard to beat if on his game. AQUILEON (5) missed the placings (2m1 1/4f) at Warrnambool in a then improved to finish third (2m3f) at this track last start. Good enough to test this field.
