ELEGANT EMPRESS (2) was an impressive winner last time over 5f at Goulburn, leading throughout and putting 4.5 lengths on her rivals. Sure to run well again. MEMORIA (13) was well supported when resuming last time out over 5½f at Gosford and proved too strong, scoring by a neck. Fitter for that last hitout and another big run will not surprise. WILD BOTANICA (5) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at Warwick Farm, beaten 0.9 lengths. Ready to go one better. FIELD WIRI (7) finished second last start over 6f at Newcastle, beaten a neck. Should be cherry-ripe. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
