EMANCIPIST (1) ran below expectations last time at Goulburn, finishing fifth and beaten 3 lengths starting at 3/1. Has the class to take this out. QUEEN MAXIMA (13) did well to score at Queanbeyan two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when seventh over 6f at Sapphire Coast, beaten 2.25 lengths. Has the talent to figure prominently. EXTERNUS (3) finished third at Wyong two runs back but was less effective last time over 6f at Gosford, finishing 8 lengths back in 11th. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
