ROMAN NIGHTS (3) raced below his best last time when ninth over 7f at Wodonga, beaten 7 lengths. Perfectly placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. TENECA REIGN (7) is yet to break through in 13 runs. Finished 11th at her last appearance over 1m at Swan Hill on November 24. This looks a nice race so expect her to be right in the finish. UNDER THE HAT (10) was in the money at Berrigan when resuming two runs back then could only manage fourth at Albury over 7f three-and-a-half weeks ago. Drawn for a good run on the speed. Solid top-three chance. THE THIRD WISH (8) finished third at this track two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 5½f at Wodonga, finishing 3 lengths back in sixth. Well placed and should be about the mark.
